One of Kelvin's earliest supporters and mentors, owner Lonnie Smith has built a smokin' hot reputation throughout Middle Georgia and across the Southeast for his custom-built grills, whole-hog boxes, and reverse-flow smokers.

Bubba Grills has won over 400 BBQ awards, including 28 Grand Championships and 17 Reserve Championships, and he has been featured on BBC America alongside celebrity chef Jamie Oliver.
NITA'S CATERING
Having learned to cook from her mother, owner Danita Chambliss brings more than four decades of passion and experience to the table. Based in Forsyth, the team at Nita's Catering serves a devoted clientele at private receptions, corporate events, weddings, family reunions, church functions, and more.
RESCUE SMOKERS
Kelvin credits the Rescue Smokers' cooking classes with putting his own 'cue skills and enthusiasm "over the top." Owners Robby and Stephanie Royal from Sycamore, have cooked professionally since 2007, racking up 22 Grand Championships, 12 Reserve Grand Championship title, and earning top honors in 2014 as the BBQ Pitmasters Grand Championship winner.
